4. Why do you offer a dairy free coconut milk powder? I thought coconut milk powder is solely consisting of coconut milk only? Coconut Milk Powder normally consists of 3 main ingredients, namely coconut milk, sodium caseinate and maltodextrin. Sodium caseinate contains milk derivative which is of dairy cow origin. Sodium caseinate is needed in order to spray dry coconut milk powder. Hence we offer a dairy free version for consumers unable to accept dairy content in products.
5. Do you perform any food testing on your products? All our products undergo vigorous food testing and our manufacturing site is certified by globally recognized food industrial standards to ensure a peace of mind for our customers.
6. What is the difference between coconut milk powder and coconut cream powder? Coconut milk powder has a lower fat content compared to coconut cream powder. For a more rich coconut aroma and taste, we would recommend going for coconut cream powder. For more information regarding which suit best for your application in retail or manufacturing.
7. What types of desiccated coconut do you offer? We offer low fat desiccated coconut fine grade which has a fat content of between 30 to 45%. We do not produce any other grades of desiccated coconut for the time being.
